RETURNS and REFUNDS

Store credits will be issued for items returned due to change of mind or incorrect sizing.
Refunds are only applicable on faulty items due to manufacturer or incorrect item supplied.
Returned items must not be worn, not washed, no stains and tags all intact. Store credits will be sent upon receipt of the returned item.
The cost of the return to Hippy Haven is at the expense of the customer. Once item/s are received and validated, a credit will be issued to again spend online.
SALE ITEMS
All sale items are final. Items purchased during sale period sold with a discount code or automatic discount cannot be processed for a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if any.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
LATE OR MISSING FUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hippyhaven1@outlook.com and send your item to: 155 Marine Terrace, Geraldton, WA, 6530, Australia.
SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 155 Marine Terrace, Geraldton, WA, 6530, Australia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
